We always use verification equipment to perform Real Ear Verification (REV) and Speech Mapping (SM) measurements. This ensures that we fit and programme the hearing aids as close as possible to our goal for improved client satisfaction. However, we do recommend that you have your hearing aid serviced annually. This involves cleaning, checking and repairing the hearing aid if needed. The majority of hearing aids have a two-year warrantee, which includes free services or repairs. If the warrantee has expired, we will provide a quote to you for approval before any work is done.
